love me some Lush

This past weekend I had the pleasure of shopping at Lush. If you have never heard of Lush, let me give you a little background. Lush is a cosmetics company thats products are homemade and all natural. They do not test on animals and buy their ingredients from all over the world. Some of their products include bath fizzers, hair shampoo/conditioner, lip balms, and cheek tints. I really did not do them justice with all the products they have..you can check them out more at www.lush.com.

1: Eau Roma Water -Dry, sensitive or mature needs a gentle touch. In a world of “technology” loaded cosmetics, using a toner with only two active ingredients may seem unusual. But at LUSH, we believe in using effective ingredients instead of filler. Our most moisturizing toner, Eau Roma relies on the King and Queen of the essential oils world, rose and lavender. Both oils have been used for thousands of years to treat dryness, redness or irritation. Rose is particularly nourishing and cooling, while lavender helps your skin produce the right amount sebum (oil) to keep it suppler. Simplicity at it’s best.

2: Skin Drink-Is your face feeling parched? Relieve that terrible tight feeling and smooth a generous dab of Skin Drink over your face and neck. We pack Skin Drink full of nourishing ingredients like moisturizing rose petal extract, fresh avocado and calming aloe vera extract to keep your skin feeling soft and supple, regardless of the season. Evening primrose, neroli and rose oils improve the skin’s texture and leave you with that healthy looking glow.

I was looking for a moisturizer. I have realllllly dry skin and none of the moisturizers I have tried have really made a difference. When I walked into Lush I wasn't really looking to buy anything, but I thought maybe an all natural product would do the trick. I'm very hopeful that I will see a difference in my skin-I'll keep you updated!

Have you ever tried Lush products? Do you love them or hate them?

  1. I think I walked into a LUSH store in a mall once and thought "what the heck is this stuff?" Haha everything looked like something out of a cartoon, but everyone seems to love their products! Must try :)
