Linking up with Nail Files!
It's time for my first tutorial! I decided to do a cheetah nail tutorial because I think it's instructions translate very well through pictures, which is what were working with here. I wish I could have gotten better pictures, but I have learned it's very hard to photograph yourself painting your own nails. I love that this print is also almost fool proof, but you can find different shapes and spacing that give you the best result.

You will need:
-a bobby pin
-a light base color
-a color for the inside of the spot
-color for the outside of the spot
-some type of palette to drip the nailpolish on (I usually use an old magazine)
Open up your bobby pin like so, you will need this in a few steps
Paint the nails you are going to do the cheetah design on with your light base
I chose only 2 fingers, but you could go all out & do all your fingers
On your palette (or magazine) drop a dribble of your inside dot color
Take one end of your bobby pin, dip it in the polish and create random spots on you nails of different shapes and sizes
Then drop a dribble of the outside spot color and create an outline around the lighter spots. This is wear you can be more creative. I found adding a few dots randomly throughout the nail make the print more realistic.
and that's it! How did I do for my first tutorial?!
I love it! I don't really think I have steady enough hands...but who knows. I may end up trying it anyway.
